Scammers! Their diamonds constantly fall out! State there is a lifetime warranty on diamonds when my husband purchased my engagement and wedding rings. Now after 7 years and numerous times of times fixing my wedding band diamonds they are charging me stating there isn't a lifetime warranty on the diamonds. This was a defected ring from the beginning and a new one should have been given to me but they kept on insisting it was my fault. Never doing business with them again!!! Please buyers beware!!!!

I wish i could give these people a less score... My husband and I picked out my wedding set there and within 2 months a stone fell out and I took it back and they repaired it, then today which is about 1 month after I had to take it back again because another stone fell out. They have good customer service but it does not compensate for the inconvenience of having stones fall out your ring. We spent a reasonable amount of money on these rings.

My shopping experience with Arain Jewellers was exceptional. I dealt with Imran and he was so patience with my indecisiveness on a birthday gift as they had so many beautiful jewelries to choose from. Imran's service was personal, exquisite and excellent that exceeded any other shopping experiences I have had. Even after buying the gift I went back two days later to exchange it because I still wasn't sure without a fuss or question from Imran. I would definitely go back!

Avoid at all cost, do not buy from Arian, they are con artists. They will say anything to get you to buy and only after the sale tell you no refunds. I was told I could return my purchase before I bought and after was a different story. These people are trained criminals and thives, do yourself a favor and goto a larger more well known store. Don't be lured in by the slightly lower prices, check the web for other reviews and you'll see this place is to be blacklisted.
