I came to get my car back. The customer service name Lisa was racist( her description curly hair, chubby). She was giving us attitude and doesnt respect the customers. We were told to park outside and I said where can we park? She said I dont know its not my problem and threatened us in the future about where we park.. bad customer service bad employee and racist. I can't believe there's people like that in Canada. First time writing a review. And i definitely dont recommend this towing service
