How does a very high end near showroom condition car end up with a super deep scratch? I never even bothered questioning these guys about it because if I did they would just point back to their “inspection” they did when we dropped the car and they made circles around every section of the car to cover themselves for just this kind of incident. I’ll just fix their carelessness myself and always tell everyone to stay clear!

Mike was super accommodating. He hauled an import truck I bought from Silk Road Imports. Rather than dropping at a pay lot, he took it to his own shop, parked in a low spot for ease of loading my motorcycle and even stashed a ramp for me to borrow. Well done Mike!

It was really hard to communicate with them, impossible to get responses. Funny thing is that after emailing and getting nowhere, I called and got voicemail, the guy on the message says 'if you want faster service, then email'. Also they were like we can schedule it Thursday, Friday or Monday. Didn't arrive until the following Monday, a week late. Guess this is typical Vancouver business protocol. The driver was nice so that's a plus.

I've had a few local delivery companies to move vehicles to and from my place of business and couldn't believe the damage I have received and these so called other companies would not correct the issues for me .( I don't like to name names that's who I am) So I heard through the grapevine about Canuck Towing so I tried these guys out.... to my surprise the office personnel are very pleasant to deal with and with the last 6 months I've been using them (5-6 deliveries/ month) I have nothing but great respect for them and the high quality workmanship I received. I put a running and driving car on Canucks trailer and they unloaded it to my customer not running or driving. Canuck jumped the car backwards or supplied too much power to the car with their jump boxes and they fried multiple fuses and caused serious electrical damage to my vehicle. When I followed up with Roy he told me it was not his problem and that he would not be answering calls from my phone number any longer. Would not recommend.

Good trucks, safe and secure delivery. Drivers know what they are doing and are very careful to ensure my vehicle was unloaded properly.
My only negative was when I needed some delivery paperwork to be authenticated and they refused to do that. Essentially the service stops when the vehicle leaves the truck.

I don't recommend this company if you have a time-line, apparently 3 weeks isn't enough time to get a vehicle from Williams Lake to Nanaimo. when they say " I'll take care of it" what they mean is rebook your flights, tell your mechanic to book other jobs because your truck is going to be almost a week late getting there. It'll be there Wednesday or Thursday means maybe the following Tuesday.

In a 2 company transport mix up, one of Canuck’s staff showed up at my door to get my car. Although Andrew, the driver who came to collect my car, was very pleasant and polite, I overheard his boss, Roy, talk about me over the phone to him, swearing and insulting me, even though I had done nothing wrong. Very unprofessional, and solely because of this would NOT use their services in the future for any of my car transport needs.

These folks rock. finding good trucking companies is Canada is scary. sure glad i found these guys. they get all my border crossing stuff and then some. Scotty the driver is fun to work with. if you need a rate ask for Ram or Roy, but no mom jokes, one of them is a little sensitive (not sure which).
