I called them to pull me out of a stuck spot on a very cold winter night and they gave me an ETA of 1hr 30 minutes which is understandable given how busy they usually are depending on their work orders on such winter nights.
However I was disappointed when I was left stranded without any assistance for over three hours and no explanation as to whether they were running late or won’t be showing up at all.
I called several times in order to ascertain if my work order was going to be attended to and if there was any tow truck driver being Dispatched Or enroute to my location but unfortunately

One of your trucks threw a rock up that cracked our windshield, and when we called the number on the truck to discuss the situation the driver answered and started yelling at us right from the get go - he was horrendously unprofessional and rude. I can't speak to your towing service, but the way your staff treated other human beings while representing your company is unacceptable.
