Bought my Escape at Metro Ford 7 years ago. Have never taken my vehicle anywhere else and why would I? They are the best! Customer service is always great and I have confidence in knowing that my vehicle is always road worthy and safe. They store my tires and swap them when the weather changes. Bought my 2017 Escape here back in 2016.. At the time, felt really pressured into the sale and the extra maintenance package where the numbers are presented to you in a way that is a bit deceiving. Now, was looking to get into a Ford Ranger. the salesman really had zero interest in helping us find a ranger that fit our needs, i.e. check other dealers for something that was a fit. Constantly had to email to follow up to see if he could help me and just didn't seem interested. I initially went to Coastal Ford to get the code for the keyless entry on my Ford Fusion. They wanted to charge me $40 for it but my husband said no way, forget it. We were in Port Coquitlam having lunch and coincidentally near Metro Ford so we tried there and Chris the Service Advisor didn't even blink an eye and got it done for us in minutes. Incredible service!!

I brought my F250 in for a minor repair to the drivers door and the estimator estimated 2 days for the repair. I dropped off the truck and picked up my
Loaner which was a 2013 Ford Fusion that was so dirty, I would have been embarrassed to own this car? As a business, I would ensure that loaner cars representing Ford are exemplary. There was blood on the passenger handle and headliner.
I picked up the vehicle a week later. The biggest dissappointment was with the lack of communication from the Bodyshop. I checked in with the shop 3-4 times within the week to ensure that the vehicle

I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at Metro Motors on Saturday morning. This was to replace one spark plug which I was unable to change myself. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 as my appointment stated. I waited in the customer waiting area for my vehicle to be serviced. At around 10:30, I wanted to know how the progress was on my vehicle. I went back to the service department and inquired about the progress. I then learned, just at that time that they were delayed due to another work order that was scheduled before my vehicle. Absolutely worst car buying experience ever. The salesman working with us was extremely condescending while speaking to me, putting things into "laymen's" terms for me by using shoes as an example to help me understand selecting vehicles. I guess women can only possibly understand shoes. Another large salesman made a comment that insinuated that I like to take my clothes off in public. Worst experience ever!!!
I will never deal with them EVER again. Purchased a brand new 2012 F150. The list of things that went wrong could go on forever!
-First they were 3 days late on getting the vehicle
-When i picked it up they hit another truck and put a dent in it
-they would not explain how they were going to fix it, they just kept telling me it will be like new when i get it back. Finally after days of arguing i demanded that the entire door and window be replaced. They did, but it took a lot of phone calls and getting mad
