Coquitlam Chrysler Dodge Jeep

Probably the best dealership service department I have dealt with. The service department manager is great to deal with. If work was unnecessary, they have told me. They were helpful with a chronic radio warranty problem and replaced my antenna for free. I brought my truck in for some work and I happened to have a broken side-view mirror. They replaced the mirror for me as a courtesy at no charge - they didn't even tell me about it they just did it for me.
I feel they can be trusted as a service department, at least under the current service manager. Good work!

Jin was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in the trade in of our previous vehicle and purchase of our van. He was very thorough and always available for questions in a timely manner, even after the sale! He went above and beyond our expectations. Great experience at Coquitlam Chrysler, would highly recommend!

We just bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Love it. Nice Jeep. Just what we wanted. Too bad it turned out to be a complete lemon.
4 trips back to fix a cooling issue., still not fixed., still a giant problem, going back again...likely headgasket. Now it's an overheated engine., never as reliable.
Our salesman was great. He explained the financing system so well, and worked with us to get the exact Jeep we wanted, at the right price. Very nice fella committed to customer satisfaction, he just made the whole shopping experience pleasant.

Scott and the service team were great had my Jeep in for some engine issues, it was struggle to get parts here due to the flooding but we got them in and the work got done as soon as the parts arrived. Scott was very helpful explained the process and took care of everything.
I appreciate the service I received from Scott and his team especially in the world we’re in now, people that work in service are very unappreciated and are dealing with impatient people, supply delays, staffing issues etc. We should be thankful for the work the do, thanks Scott keep up the great work!

We went out on limb and went for a black dodge 1500 Night Edition and couldn’t be any happier! It was delivered within 4 days of applying for it, such an amazing birthday and Christmas gift all in one, my partner and I are ecstatic about our new ride♥️🙌🏻

Here is my latest review about them, This experience was recent when I had to revisit them and I want to give 5 star rating for them and here is why. I had to deal with them again since the car I purchased with them, still had some issues, and I decided to change the car and went back to the dealer. This time round I was dealing with sales manager (Todd) as I mentioned in the previous review this gentleman resolved all my inconvenience. I came into Coquitlam Chrysler while shopping around for a car, I was met at the door by their salesman Owen. Owen was fantastic! I knew what I wanted before walking in there and was fairly set on my choice of make and model. Unfortunately the car I looked at ended up not being what I wanted but Owen asked for what I was looking for for features and my price range and kept me updated after leaving the store on cars that might interest me.
