I popped in store today to have a ring looked at and spoke to a very polite and friendly member of staff, John. He was very patient with me and helped explain everything I needed to know and more, highly recommend this establishment both for buying and selling, they have some incredibly beautiful prices in store. Customer service is incredible and John is a merit to the company. Thanks a lot.
