I had a great experience here. I brought my late grandmothers wedding rings in to be sized, cleaned and repaired. They recognized that it was an important heirloom and treated it as such. Piotr and Lauren were very pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable knowing that I was dealing with the person who was working on it. I had a custom wedding band made here using some gold jewelry my mother gave me. The ring turned out amazing. I was in awe when I first saw it! They also resized my engagement ring and necklace. I am so pleased with everything. They even cleaned my old baby bracelet that I kept all these years to finally give to my daughter free of charge. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them!
