We are locally based in Windsor, Ontario, specializing in the Service and Repair of all of your timepieces and jewellery. We offer expert services, custom jewellery design options as well as repairs of all watches & clocks old or new with the state-of-art equipment at our brick-and-mortar store. From antique pocket watches and clocks to modern mechanical timepieces and complications of all sorts- we have them all.
With the assistance of our laser welder we are able to perform many detailed and delicate repairs that would be impossible to achieve with regular torch soldering. We are also able to weld some difficult metals including Platinum, Titanium, Stainless Steel. We also offer laser welding of metal eyeglass frames.

Between me and my husband, we have purchased at least 5 Bulova watches from On Time.
I had a small problem with my watch that was purchased nearly 2 years ago.
They replaced the mechanism and when that did not fix the problem they replaced the watch.
The service is absolutely amazing!! The owners are friendly and knowledgeable.
They have an excellent assortment of quality pieces to choose from.
I would definitely recommend On Time for any watch or jewelry purchase.
