I have used Sweetpea’s exclusively for the last few years. Every arrangement they have delivered has exceeded my expectations both in terms of beauty and longevity. The people whom I have gifted with arrangements have told me how marvellous they were within minutes of receiving them. This is truly the best florist in Toronto and I had tried many previously. It took me receiving an arrangement as a gift these few years ago to completely turn my head.

Sweet Pea delivers! They are creative and flowers are beautiful and fresh. I order from San Francisco for friends and family in Toronto and Mississauga even though website does not accept US credit cards so need to call store - and they are always super helpful and lovely on the phone 😊. Always get rave reviews from recipients.

I've ordered from Sweetpea's twice now, and they've become my florist of choice. The blooms both times were gorgeous, and arranged beautifully. My mother lives in Toronto and I've used sweet peas twice for mother's day and for a birthday. Everything was smooth from online ordering to delivery. On the second delivery I had a delivery error, and they got back to me right away and made it right immediately. Customer service was amazing. They made it even better. Sweet peas will be my Toronto flower hook up for sure. Order some! They are also beautiful.

It was my first time to buy a real tree and the experience couldn't have been more enjoyable! It was easy ordering off the site, customer service was lovely (I belatedly asked for a fresh cut on my tree), and delivery was prompt. My tree is also so lovely and fragrant! I will definitely order from Sweetpea's again ❤️🎄

Service from Sweatpea’s is exceptional. I ordered the teapot bouquet online the day before my son’s birthday. He loved the surprise and sent photos. I did not expect the quality and design to be so true to the gallery images. What a great way to share a warm smile on a special day. Will definitely use them for deliveries to TO in the future.

Great arrangements with very responsive and helpful staff! Delivery is prompt and friendly. The bouquets are a little heavy on the plastic wrapping (a more sustainable alternative would be preferred), but overall definitely worth giving them your business 🙂

I've been buying roses from all over north america since the 1970s, we're talking thousands of roses. This shop has hands down the nicest roses and presentation I've ever seen. Owner and staff go above and beyond and were very pleasant to deal with. Check my reviews, I have over 1000 and don't leave many 5 star reviews, this is a really great, well run shop.

I chose Sweetpea’s to create a nice floral arrangement for my mother’s birthday. There was a glitch in their system the day of delivery which resulted in a slight delay, however the staff member I dealt with was quick to address the issue, empathized greatly, and was able to rectify the issue quickly and much to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with the quality and customer service from Sweetpea’s, and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

GORGEOUS and unique arrangements! I ordered from afar, and this beautiful arrangement definitely brought the wow factor that you want when buying flowers as a gift. I was a little hesitant based on a few of the reviews and the fact that you don't get to pick the exact arrangement, but no regrets! This will be my go-to florist when ordering for my sister in Toronto.

Their online service was impeccable. When my plant wasn't in stock, they kept me updated about what was going on and why. They also offered me a number of options (including waiting for a new shipment to come,… or substituting my order). When I had questions I was responded to right away in such a courteous and pleasant manner. When my order arrived, I was so pleased to find instructions for caring for my plant as well as more info about their ethical and sustainability practices. All in all a great company, with kind employees and great intentions. I'll definitely be ordering from this

We got a kick out of the 'no questions asked' way it was written; I had half expected an email wondering was what I wrote a typo since it featured an inside joke which probably didn't make sense to the person transcribing it!

I got my surprise Valentine's arrangement of stunning purple roses from Sweepea's from my sweetheart and I couldn't be happier. These were some of the most delicate, tender-smelling roses I've even seen in my life and they've kept very well during the delivery and transportation process.
Personalization is key in today's business world, and Sara's dedication and above and beyond customer service really shines. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and packaged with love, along with the hand-written note which was a sweet touch. Kudos!

Receiving flowers from here was an awful experience. It came in a box which looked like it needed to be opened. Upon opening it, there was just a bag of water which ripped. The water spilt all over my desk and made a big mess.
If you are going to provide flowers in a bag of water, the delivery person should warn the recipient not to open the box... or else.

I called in an order for my wife for our anniversary. The woman asked me what my budget was, I said $75-$100, she took that to mean 100+tax and delivery for a total of $135. OK guess I had to expect that. The flowers that came looked ok, if underwhelming considering the cost. They looked awful after 4 days and lots of the blooms never opened. I know what you're thinking- but I did follow all watering instructions. Considering the price and this experience I would not use Sweetpea's again.

AMAZING! This place has the best staff, the nicest arrangements and are incredibly helpful and speedy!
I have used Sweetpea 3 times now emailing or calling from BC and they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful every single time! I have even received photos of the flowers that they are going to send out! This is the only florist I will use in the Toronto & surrounding area.
