Hired Winright to guide us through a complicated property transfer, from a Trust, to and individual, then into a Joint tenancy. I thought the original quote was reasonable. We hit a few significant snags that Winright got us through. I assumed the bill would double. It came in UNDER the original estimate. The process involved virtual signings with hard-of-hearing people. Our lead lawyer, Jeffrey Mak, was always patient, always a pro. Classy, smart company.

Doing a first Will was very daunting for me, but I’m so glad that I found Winright Law! They were responsive and very professional from the start. I met with one of their lawyers to discuss my will and they helped me in structuring it the way that I wanted, and provided me with a draft copy which detailed things thoroughly. The signing process was simple and easy and the price was very reasonable.

I am grateful for the Winright team! They assisted me to successfully dispute my Empty Homes’ Tax dispute for two properties, which ended up helping me save a significant amount of money due to the Empty Homes’ Tax. When I approached Winright, I had already submitted all evidence in my possession, but the City maintained that taxes were due. Winright took the matter on an urgent basis, corresponded with several parties, gathered and put together a robust defense within tight deadlines. The friendly receptionist asked me to send in the paper work for the law team to review if they could help me. As time was of the essence, I quickly responded and sent in what they requested Monday

Amy Diaz helped me review condo purchase contract. She was professional, friendly, and prepared. Winright is conveniently located (they can also do phone/Skype meetings for those who prefer to meet at home), and their staff is responsive to email. They also gave me advice about what level of detail I would need in reviewing the contract, and Amy broke down all the jargon and processes involved, and offered helpful advice at beyond reasonable prices.
