I had the immense pleasure of meeting Ian Kennedy while involved in a stressful dispute with my former employer. Ian’s polite demeanor was augmented by his interpersonal skills to provide me with firm explanations of choices to help me decide the route which best suited my grievance. His attention to detail and quality of service enamoured me immediately. Ian succesfully argued a challenge to a PTSD WorksafeBC decision for me recently. WSBC increased their original decision by 15%.
