While it plays relatively short, Seaview's opening hole is slightly uphill with trouble surrounding the green. To come away with a low score, play it safe and opt for two precise shots on your approach. A slight dogleg left, this hole demands a good tee shot followed by a precise approach shot to hold the green, which is surrounded by two bunkers that can really get the player in trouble.

The Seaview Pines Golf Course is renowned as a prestigious and professional space. Given its respected reputation and close association with the PGA, my brother and I were eager to play there. We arrived today with high expectations for our golfing experience, but were immediately taken aback by our poor interactions with staff.
Upon arrival, we met a cart attendant named Warren. We asked Warren about the check-in process. Rather than simply provide us guidance, Warren rolled his eyes and scoffed at us. In a rude and deeply unprofessional, sarcastic tone, Warren said: “The Club House, obviously

Very disappointed. The restaurant resembled a Holiday Inn Express (although my dinner was excellent.) The building (including our room) smelled musty and dusty. The lobby bar looked like it was decorated by iKea. Our room was nicely decorated but did not fit, in any way, with the charm you would expect from a hotel with the history it holds.
Our room also a nice garden view and the bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That being said I cannot say this is someplace I would recommend.

Played the pines and and the bay course. The bay was in the best condition but, pines was very nice too. The staff was awesome and helpful.
If you are doing the 36 hole special; play pines course first and give yourself some time to eat at the 19th hole. It’s right next to the bay course hole 1 and the staff will move your clubs and carts there for you.

Played the Pines course for the first time but was somewhat disappointed. It's a very nice layout but a few things irked me. Some of the tee boxes were destroyed; looked like the surface of the moon or a battlefield that had been shelled. There were bunkers that were 80-100 ft long that had only one rake. The wooden rakes are a nice touch owing to the age of the course, but buy some new ones if needed. I also thought that they narrowed the some of the fairways too much and many went from fairway to rough with no first cut. Not fun to be a foot off the fairway and in deep rough.

Second floor rooms were spacious and had separate section for getting ready that was the length of the room partitioned by the wall. Three Separate section behind the wall. Shower and separate bath tub. Two sinks one in each section the third having the toilet. Beds super comfortable. Staff friendly. Rooms quiet. Super experience there. Funny observation.. water was warm to shower but not hot... Did not take away from this gem. Covid hampered the restaurants being open.
