I was a bit anxious going into my first refinance transaction, however Delaney's Law Firm made the whole process run so smoothly. Rosana is very responsive, thorough, and extremely professional. I had minimal to no worries as she checked off all the boxes throughout our whole exchange. Bryan was extremely thorough in explaining all documents at my signing appointment, was very professional and friendly throughout our whole exchange and the deal closed with ease. Delaney’s Law Firm helped me buy my first condo and made the whole process very easy. I was mainly in touch with Rosana, who was responsive, and explained anything that was unclear to me very well. She was great to work with, keeping me updated so that I knew at all times what was going on.

They provided very detailed information what to expect upfront, and after that they responded very fast to all my questions/concerns. I retained Delaney's Law Firm for a separation agreement and house purchase and sale. The firm was more expensive than a few others that I had contacted but I felt that Bryan and I had a good rapport so I decided to go with his firm. The team at Delaney's is great and very efficient, however, I did encounter a few issues near the end of my service with them, which I have reflected in my rating. I received a surprising additional fee on my house purchase, which was originally identified as a rush fee. I approached Bryan and Rosana about the issue since my purchase did not fall under the rush category

After four years and a great deal of frusteration I turned to Delaney's Law firm at the advice of a friend. Having already spent a considerable amount of time and money and failing to have a signed separation document in hand, I was simply put overwhelmed with the whole ordeal. Bryan's approach about the uncoupling process is exceptional and humaine. Immediately I felt I could trust him to lead me in the most fair, peaceful direction possible that would protect all members of this process. At Delaney's I had a wonderful experience with fast and friendly service. I was able to get the paperwork that I needed within only a couple of days (it could have been faster, had I not been working).
I needed to get a couple of things notarized, as well as a few other papers and I had emailed several law offices in Ottawa to inquire. Delaney's Law Firm replied to me within a matter of minutes to answer all of my questions and assure me that I could get what I needed within a matter of days. When you are trying to get something in a rush this is very relieving!
