I paid for their services to have a Sale of my townhome. Despite mentioning it twice my mortgage was not paid and instead the money was sent to me. After this happened I contacted the Conveyancer and they got super defensive and sent me a PDF from my mortgage lender with instructions on paying my mortgage without further explanation. I had to call back and ask for help for them to offer to courier the bank draft. They didn't describe the per diem part to me and I didn't realize I needed to pay extra per diem for the time taken to mail the cheque so a week or two later when doing the new mortgage
