Had them connect an outdoor faucet. They forgot to install a shutoff, was charged for them to comeback and install the shutoff that should had been done in the first place. Brought it to their attention prior to placing a review to give them a chance to understand incase there was a miss understanding. They felt it was suitable in charging for work that wasn't completed correctly/in-full the first time.

We have a 70 year old septic that had an issue. They immediately diagnosed the problem and returned when promised to repaid. It wasn't a small job but everything was done quickly, efficiently, minimal disruption. And they were able to help and give advice to us about our pump, that is the same vintage - all at a really reasonable cost.
