Hi friends, if you need help on Tires or Rims issue on your car get in touch with LIBERTY TIRES. Their STAFF are wonderful people and always ready to help in time of need. I don't believe it myself until this morning, what Toyota want to collect money from me for; they help me out without paying Kobo. Thank you once. You are the best. Abbey

Went to change winter tires for my car. PAID $200!!
10 days later, I go to my mechanic and find out one of the lock nuts is missing, the caps on the bolts are missing for rear drivers side wheel. Just 1 wheel!
Called these guys up. Spoke to some guy name Harri.
He tells me I should have counted the bolts before I drove off. I lost it. Which shop tells their customers to count the bolts? All in all, he didn't help. He kept denying and kept saying why would we keep your lock nut.
Worst customer service ever! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!

Been there for a wheel swap. The prices are okay, although the price was a bit extra than what was told to me over the phone (although the reason for that, 'if the tires and rims are new then it's gonna be additional $20', made no sense). The staff were a bit rude, may be because I didn't purchase the rims and tires from there. They didn't put back the nut caps after swapping the wheels, and when I asked about it they just told me that it won't fit, but when I tried after coming back to home I couldn't find any issue putting them there. Just improving the attitude of staff can itself bring in more

Harry offers first-come first-serve service for tire changeover, at a great price. Had called around and was told weeks I had to wait for an appointment, but instead showed up the next day at Liberty Tires. Straightforward and simple. Also have great prices on tires, as I got my winter Bridgestone Blizzaks from him, highly recommended.

Spent $1100 and bought 'Cooper winter tires' from them last month, they advertise it as cooper but they are in fact starfire which is sister brand of cooper. Before these tires mu car was fine but after the installation from day one it has been wobbling. I have been there 4 times but they couldnt fix it and in the end one of the techs told me that they just got the new road force machine just two weeks ago and they themselves are trying to figure it out and I am an experiment case for them. I have been very patient with them, every time I go there they say we have fixed the issue please drive it

Sold me 4 rims. Look great on the truck. Only thing is that 2 of the centre caps have holes drilled through them. They said I needed to drive 3 hours back to bring them back and then again to get the new ones when they come in. Or buy stickers to put on them for an extra charge. Would not recommend as they don’t fix there own mistakes.

My fiancé purchased tires here about 4 months ago. Over the last 2 months they started to lose air quickly and 2 weeks ago he got a flat tire on the way to work. This resulted in almost damaging his rim, having… to get his car towed and missing a day of work. This past weekend he got another flat tire and had to purchase an air compressor just to be able to drive to a garage to get another tire. It turns out he was sold old tires that he was told are actually not allowed to be sold. So between purchasing tires here, the cost of a tow, missing a day's pay, buying an air compressor
