First time visiting The Tire Terminal and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Process was very straightforward, I booked an appointment through their website, they send you a confirmation with a quote, once they receive the tires (they have a huge inventory) they’ll text you to let you know when to drop by. The guys working there are very nice and help you out with any questions and maybe it was the time of the year (January) but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Best part was I saved $300 over the price at the dealer. Whohoo!

Amazingly fast service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The tire rates were also cheaper compared to other businesses such as kal tire, ok tire and canadian tires. The tires were delivered within a day and my appointment was also pushed ahead with no issues. I would definitely recommend coming here for your tire swaps.

Surprisingly found these guys through google when I was searching for a store with reasonable price for Micheline tire. They were very helpful and professional. When other leading stores were pricey, these guys were at least $50 lesser for each tire..

I had an amazing experience. Andrew was polite and extremely accommodating. I must’ve tried at least 5-6 other places that couldn’t help me but, within minutes, he had what I needed. All of the guys at the front, as well as the fellow in the back, provided wonderful service and were really friendly. I highly recommend.

After several attempts at other tire companies, I found Tire Terminal. They had my exact tire which weirdly, I couldn't locate in most other places. They where fast in terms of assisting my needs, attempted to find a more economical tire for my cars age and installed in appx. 30 mins. Most importantly to me, is they where able to get me an appt within my time frame for installation. All in time for winter, which my old tires would not have done well in.
Last but not least, in terms of Covid-19 Tire Terminal has excellent measures in place from social distancing to plexi barriers. 100% felt safe

Really great experience with the team here! Andrew and Trevor (and a couple of others) were very professional and responsive to my concerns. They went above-and beyond my expectations when my new rims didn't fit over my brake calipers and a couple of my bolt caps were damaged. I would highly recommend if you're looking for tires/rims at a reputable place with great service. Thrilled with my experience, and will be back in the future!

This place is horrible told me to come down to have my tires changed when I showed up i waited 3hrs for them to tell me they cant get my hub caps off And asked me to come in the back and try and get them off I went back and they were stripped, I explained that they needed a drill to drill out the stripped bolts. They went on to tell me that its the mechanics job i said okay get him over here if that's the case. The guy working tries to go over and get the mechanic and the mechanic tells the worker to tell me to come back in the morning and he will get them off, at this time it's been

I can here to change all 4 tires of my SUV. They provided me with an online quote and walked me through the entire process, they did not try to upsell anything and gave me competitive pricing.
I was pleased with the service and how quick my vehicle was serviced. I also got a 4 wheel alignment done (my vehicle does not feel flat on the ground but let's wait and see).
However, I would like to know that if something does happen to my tire within the mileage warranty if it's covered by tire terminal 🤷‍♂️

Between tires23 and these guys, i am always well served when i need new winter or all season tires. They had the best price on the all season tires i wanted, and also had stock (which has been a problem lately with the pandemic). Waiting area is nice. I usually walk across to samis diner while the tires are getting done. Overall, great place.

Installed a new set of tires on June 5, 2020. Service was professional and efficient. BONUS: cost was 44.7% less than what my Honda dealer quoted. Savings was worth the road trip and construction detours 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Great place. It's a little confusing when you first walk in where to go. But always go left, because the right is the seating/waiting area for people whose cars are being serviced.
Anyways, I had an appointment for 2pm, and I was seen approximately 20 minutes later (a man did apologize for the delay and being understaffed).
The waiting area is clean, and they do provide FREE WIFI which is always a plus! :)
I would say this is one of the best places to buy tires, my normal mechanic charged me $700+. And my new set of tires cost $555.

Got a nasty screw in my tire, brought my tire to the tire terminal, they fixed it for me in a jiffy and even put the fixed tire back on the car, they had fantastic customer service and did a wonderful job for my vw atlas tire. I'm glad I brought my tire here, as I have had some pretty bad experiences with other tire shops. Thanks for the great service guys.

I'll never go back, EVER. Had mud from tires swapped all over my steering wheel, door panel, and trunk by careless staff in my brand new SUV. Also had rumbling vibration from my brand new tires that I purchased through them, brought it back, they assessed the tire, went for a test drive with someone from tire terminal and didn't notice a vibration. On the highway, tire still vibrated although they said it was a new tire (highly doubt it). Still have the issue. Manager was aware of the situation and did nothing about it. This situation was escalated way more than explained, long story

Long wait times. Paid to switch my tires and rims however after I got the car back I noticed a vibration and shake in my car. Returned a few times and they just told me I had to buy new tires which I did. However the vibration still persisted. I ended up going to my mechanic where I found out one of my tires were not balanced at all and the other was improperly balanced. Wasted so much money and time here. Will not return.

One of the worst experiences i've ever had in my life regarding my car. I went here specifically due to the reviews, but i guess MY experience was a definite miss. Purchased a set of 4 for about $900. Actually found them slightly cheaper at other automotive locations along Britannia, since there are a lot of shops around that area, but i went because it SEEMED like a trusted place. I got my winter tires for much less than any other quoted, had them balanced (free of charge, and didn't have to wait long at all). I had some damage to my tire because of road debris, so fully expected to be buying a new tire and rim. Instead, I was assured that the tire is safe, had the design and structure of the tire fully explained, saving me $400 on the tire alone. It was like winning the lottery!

My car needs a rather harder to find than normal size tire (215 / 18) and unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed in stock. Imran the advisor I spoke to said he could probably get it in on Monday morning and gave me the quote for the tire and install etc.

The pricing was good, the only thing is I couldn't really wait seeing as how I was driving on an unsafe tire (nail with a bulge) for some time unknowingly and didn't want to continue to wait over the rest of the weekend to get this resolved.

Hate shopping for tires, generally you need them yesterday. Happened upon Tire Terminal a few years ago when looking for tires for my light truck. Staff are knowledgeable and don't try and steer you to a specific manufacture unlike some retailers. Understood my needs and gave me options. No issues with the product selected. Always busy, get there early and wait will be reasonable. Waiting area with wi fi and TV, not the Ritz but it is a tire shop. Have returned three times for my other vehicles.
