Wow what can I say about this team! They are a fantastic group! I know absolutely nothing about cars and I know I can trust this team with my cars LIFE. The service here was excellent! I booked an appointment to have my oil changed and car checked for a rattling sound underneath. There was no charge for the car check (another company I had been going to for years asked me for $130 just to check where the noise was coming from even though I was already booked for an oil change). Paul was really helpful and showed me exactly what the problem was. A bolt was missing and was quickly changed free of charge - it was all done in 5 minutes. I will be coming back here for everything that has to do with my car!!!!!

Do yourself a favor you need something done to your car, come here first!! Highly recommended garage, clean office, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, willing to try the impossible staff.
I had a huge nail on my 3 months old tire, everywhere I went they just wanted to sell me a new tire, then I came across to this place and wow! They where so respectful, honest and helpful, they fixed my tire!! I was so relieved and happy.

I first met Paul before I even had a drivers license. My father has been going there ever since they had the shop at cloverdale mall! I met Rob shortly after I got my first car on the road, then met Pat and Rick later on. 18 years later and I still make the trip from Guelph area to get tires and service from E.T. They are the only ones I will that work on my Mustang. They are all a great bunch of people and Have helped me out many times over the years! I have always felt like a friend more than a customer. Kudos to you guys for running an honest and well respected business!

I have been dealing with ET Auto for over 15 years. Paul, Rob and Rick are outstanding they treat me so well. They always explain what needs to be done and they are fair and honest in their work. I recommend them to all my friends and associates.

A++++ Service, Paul Floyd and his team put my neglected 2012 Fiat 500 back together; it drives not only like new (it has over 170 000 km) I feel it is BETTER then new. The shocks and struts he used is so much nicer then the OEM ones. The engine was miss firing and ....... Blah, Blah
They are AMAZING and he even came to my office and took my car and brought a car for me to drive; he also finished a day earlier which deserves a few more pluses.

My entire family gets their cars maintained by Paul, Rick, Rob and the team (each of us with cars of different makes, models, ages and transmissions). We wouldn't trust another group with our cars!
I have always felt that they are working WITH us and not against us. They consistently provide honest advise, great customer service and Grade A work.
