We ordered new carpet for our upstairs hall & stairs as well as our full basement & stairs. The Customer Service we received at the store was great and we were very happy with everything… until the install.
The day before the install, I called the store to ask if the installers were vaccinated and would wear masks in our home because Omicron was surging, and I have health issues. They said yes and assured me they would always wear their masks.

We had an overall disappointing experience with the Carpet Store. We went to them to complete flooring in our full home renovation, including carpet and engineered hardwood. While they were the least expensive company to quote, the overall level of customer service and professional installation was poor. The carpet measurements were wrong. The hardwood installation was a mess due to a 'mis-communication' (I consider it to be lack of due diligence on behalf of the carpet store) in knowing what type of surface the hardwood was being installed on. What was supposed to be a one week job took well over

Quite dissatisfied with the installation of our carpet and with the customer service. They put a seam in the middle of our hallway. The carpet doesn't go under the baseboard in a bedroom as it was cut too small. The piece used on our landing was so small that the installer shoved bits in to make it 'look normal. I've called and left messages regarding my concerns. Was able to speak to Orest a month ago, was assured that they would fix the problems and can't get ahold of anyone. We don't recommend The Carpet Store!

This is the third time that we've dealt with Marcel and The Carpet Store. Great products, very reasonable prices and the customer service is amazing. They managed to get our carpet installed a week earlier than planned and worked hard to ensure everything was ready to go by the time our new furniture arrived. We will not go anywhere else for any flooring. Thanks again...we'll be back soon!
