We had carpet installed on our stairs today and very happy with the experience from start to finish. Brad our sales consultant was very professional and helpful and Jamie the installer was very nice, he did a great job and cleaned up when done. We will definitely recommend Simpson Flooring to others and will use this company again should the need arise in the future. Thankyou Brad and Jamie for making it a pleasant experience.

All grout used for porcelain tiles is now porous because they used "self sealing" grout which i already knew didnt work from the grout on bathroom walls and google research revealed it to be infact not advised for use ever "can self sealing be used yes should it be used NO. was way to expensive a job and for a kitchen for no sealing to
be used whatsoever, also all carpet seams are showing and even had many loose threads after instalation and keep getting more, the thickness of carpet was told as the thickness above as the one that shows seems and we paid extra for it

I cannot recommend this store enough. I went to three other high end show rooms before I stumbled upon this gem. Now I wont shop anywhere else. The sales person I dealt with actually knew about floors (this shouldn't be unique in the industry, but it is), asked thoughtful questions to help me find the style I was looking for, and I ended up with beautiful tiles at a fraction of the cost I was being quoted elsewhere. Easy 5 star review.

Had carpet installed on stairs and second floor. The job was done so poorly and the mess that was left was so huge, we had to have it redone. The second job (done at no charge) was marginally better and now after a few months, it looks terrible. Complete waste of time and money. I would not let these people into my house. If you have pride of ownership, if you love your home, these people do not.
