I worked with Decortile on a residential project recently to install acoustic flooring. Throughout the project the staff were very responsive, friendly, and professional. They were able to accommodate a last min request to install additional plywood, which helped me out big times. Decortile helped make the flooring part of a rather stressful project very stress free. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of variety for tiles and excellent service by Aaron. He advised us on which tiles to get in our budget and even which color of grout to use with the tiles we chose.
We used their installer and he had excellent craftsmanship. The new tiles in our kitchen floor look perfect.
My only problem, for which I took a star, was that the tile installer didn't come to our place at the times we were told. He was almost always late and his communication was completely lacking. He wouldn't answer to our questions or would answer like he was mad at us, at one time even telling us how he had too many projects
