Eyes On Stonehaven
At Eyes On Stonehaven we believe in putting our patients' interests first. Our experienced optometric staff takes great pride in treating each and every one of our patients as a valued individual. When you visit our location, you will always leave well informed and with a focused treatment plan targeted to your specific needs.

Eyes On Stonehaven is an Eye Recommend Clinic which believes in holistic eye care and we are an official teaching site for the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. So incredibly helpful in showing me all my options. Had trouble with bifocals for years and they are one of a handful of places that can provide premium progressive bifocals.
Services
Dr. Chagpar graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2003. After graduation, she went on to complete a residency at the University of Houston specializing in the cornea (the front part of the eye) and contact lenses. She has a strong interest in laser refractive surgery and was the Director of Optometric Affairs at a leading LASIK surgery clinic in Toronto for over a decade.
Even if you see well, periodic eye exams are an essential part of maintaining your overall health. During your examination, your doctor will do much more than just check your vision. 80% of learning is visual, and that is why it is so important to ensure your child's visual system is functioning properly to ensure their academic success.
At this visit, your doctor will assess the lens fit, movement and vision. We will make the necessary modifications to improve the vision and/or comfort of your lenses. There is a $50 fee for a single vision contact lens fitting and a $70 fee for monovision/multifocal contact lens fitting. Free contact lens trials and follow up appointments are included in this fee.
A Comprehensive Eye Examination will include a visual assessment, prescription measurement, binocular vision assessment to measure eye alignment and coordination and a full assessment of your ocular health. You have the option of including a digital retinal photograph and an OCT scan which images the back of the eye.
Contact lenses may be an excellent option to correct your vision. If you dislike reading glasses, or have an active lifestyle, ask your doctor if contact lenses will work for you. Advances in the field have produced a variety of options including multifocal and coloured contact lenses. Our optometrists will discuss the various options with you to determine which type of contact lens will best fit your needs and lifestyle.

Booked an appt here based on a referral from a friend. Very friendly and attentive staff. Appointment made was the exact appointment time which was rather refreshing. Thorough exam. I also purchased my glasses from here and I am very happy with the whole experience. I found my new favorite place.

I am so impressed with Eyes on Stonehaven. Every single person who works there is helpful, educated and upbeat. I recently went there to discuss an eye issue and they gave me three great and well research options to chose from that would work for me. They are always on-time for appointments, they do not rush appointments (they are very thorough) and I always leave there in a better mood than when I came in. It's nice to have a team of professional who truly love their jobs and make you feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing eye care professionals.
