Terrible customer service if you have an issue! I have called and left about 4 messages for someone named John in regards to an issue I had to repair due to negligent care and workmanship from Access. I also spoke with another lady about this and never received a follow up call. My discharge pipe literally disintegrated after 5 years of being in my house (see my google review with photos). Nobody seems to care or be too concerned to help us or even at the very least, follow up with us. This is extremely poor and shameful customer service. I hope writing this at least gets me some type of follow

Absolutely horrible! Less than 6 years in our house and this is what has happened! They use the cheapest quality pipe and then are so careless that they don’t wipe the acid off like they are supposed to! Literally disintegrated our pipe. The other plumber who came to repair this said they had never seen something so bad! Cheap product, negligence and carelessness! That’s what you will get with this company!

The shut-off valve for my outside faucet leaked when I went to shut off the water for the winter. Eric from Access/A-1 Plumbing came out 15 minutes early for the appointment! How often does that happen with a contractor? He did the work promptly and cleanly and was done in 1/2 hour. Prompt efficient service and work was done well.

I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

Called them for a quote, someone from one hour plumbing showed up and was told that they are bought by Access Plumbing. Advised us they do not carry the part for that spout and inquired about patching up a hole. Was in and out very very quickly , charged us consulting fee of close to 70. We had no problem paying dispatch fee of $79 as we had good experience with access plumbing in the past and had some major work done( Back up valve etc) in the past. No work was performed and was charge $70 for advise. Avoid them or call someone else , these guys have changed and just care about making money. No

In a two year old home and our hot water tank stopped working. Called two other plumbing companies and could not get some one out in a timely manner. Access Plumbing (One Hour Plumbing)came to the rescue within hours. Byron was on time, polite, professional and took time to explain what had happened. As others mentioned, the introductory email arrived with picture and short bio about Byron. Such amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this company!!!

I recently called access plumbing to repair 2 bathroom sinks. The very capable and pleasant technician arrived on time and in no time at all had the problems solved. He explained what was happening and gave me options and also a few tips to keep the sinks in good repair. I would highly recommend One Hour Plumbing, a division of Access Plumbing. I have used them for 20 years.

An hour before access came they sent a text with a picture of the tech, Chris that was coming, and a short bio about him. As a single female I really appreciated knowing who was coming to my home. Once Chris came here, he was so friendly, kind, and very informative. He even offered to carry my old laundry sink ( I asked him to unhook) anywhere I… wanted. He was so nice to take it all the way outside. He even made me feel not so silly about a washing machine hook up that best buy said I need a certain attachment for me ( I didn't) I will definitely use them again, I'm extremely impressed

Staff are honest, friendly, respectful, personable and most of all, knowledgeable.
We had a serious blockage deep down the kitchen pipes occur after the supper hour. So I called the after-hours line and spoke with a gentleman named Cliff.
We had a good chuckle about how the blockage happened (FYI, raw broccoli is best kept out of the garbarators) he gave me some pointers and then he suggested calling the office in the morning.
I appreciated the honesty and the fact that I wasn't going to have to pay the 'after hours' rate. :)
I called the office mid-morning the next day and
