Absolutely horrible service. Was helped by a blonde female floor staff who was remarkably condescending, downright rude, and my gut feeling is also extremely racist and that is why she was snappy and holier than thou. I would avoid shopping here at all costs, I can't comment on the quality of the product because truth be told, despite our keen interest in buying, we couldn't stomach being around their sales associate long enough to make a purchase. The sales(not a Asian guy) are very hard to talk, they keep talking “ We don’t sale Asian product, that’s cheap!!!” I was looking for a brand of engineer floor, this sales guy doesn’t know that, and then he just think about the Brand from Asia, and let me go. Terrible service ever!

Horrible customer service.
I was just on the phone making an enquiry and the sales person.
Was rude to me.
Treating me like I have no idea what I was talking about.
And that's not the way to speak to a customer.
Unacceptable.

I brought it to the stores attention and I was instructed to return the 19 boxes of defective material. I was informed that an exchange would be made. I was not receiving updates from the store and I had to contact Mark continuously to try and get updates on the status of my exchange. The only phone calls he would make were while I was on hold or in the store voicing my displeasure. This whole

I'm from Manitoba, and I contacted The Hardwood Flooring Store via e-mail to hopefully get a completely objective opinion between two manufacturers that I was deciding between, to purchase here in Winnipeg from a local flooring supplier, as I did not completely agree and trust what my local shop was telling me. I told The Hardwood Flooring Store straight up that I was not purchasing from them. Well Richard contacted me by phone and gave me great insight and advice. Long story short (as there is quite the positive story), I ended buying my flooring and matching flush mounted vents from The Hardwood
