Where they lack in knowledge, good prices and genuine customer service, BUCKO FLOORING goes above and beyond. I tell everyone, check with them before going anywhere else! Greeted with warm smiles and they install too.

My professional opinion, the go to store for flooring, trim and crown-moulding. I was very happy about the prices and decided to buy some tiles and have them installed at my home in Mississauga. I found the guys who did the work to be very meticulous about what they were doing. The back splash looked great, the floors looked absolutely fabulous and the baseboards complemented everything.

Engineered hardwood consists of a single top layer of solid wood attached to several layers of wood that is in a cross-grain configuration and bonded together under extreme heat and pressure. Its is resilient and the cost is kept to a minimum because the more expensive wood layers are used for the finishing layers on the top and the less expensive timber is used for the lower layers of the engineered hardwood.

First time been to the store today with reference and i figured out ZERO customer service. 2 guys were chatting at the reception area and didn't come to customer and ask if they were ok in looking for what they need. Finally cameover and so neglecting to answer and left. I left the store with Zero respect. Never be back.

Website stated indoor shopping, so never being there I trusted the website and that was a mistake. They did have someone bring a few samples out to me, but I can get that from the guy that comes to your house

Had an amazing experience with Buckoo flooring. Great customer service, I was in and out in no time without wasting anytime they were able to get my order ready before I even got to their location. It was my first time experience with them and without any complaints I got what I wanted as I was in a rush too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring material without a second thought with decent prices as well.

We just bought and got out floors installed. The price was good on the floors and people were very nice. The installation was to take 2-3 days-ended up taking 7 but left house in construction for total 13 days. We took the time off work for them not to show and also not call. They did not complete job until we called them to come back + do a lot of fixes such as lifted boards, uncocked trim, spaced out trim, glue leftover and many more. A box with waste fell and scratched our car. scratched newly paint walls in our home. blood left on floor from worker. No money reduced on near 8,000.00 job-would

Bucko flooring did a great job on our floors! They helped us source the product we wanted as they did not carry it in store. They installed approximately 900 sq. ft. of vinyl as well as baseboards and trim throughout our main floor.
The installation was completed efficiently and professionally, and we are happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Bucko as their prices were the lowest around and their work was excellent!
My only recommendation for the owners would be more frequent communication to keep the customer updated on the status of the order, and progress.
Overall we are grateful
