Fabris McIver Hornquist & Radcliffe was founded in 1980 and serves clients with a wide variety of legal needs, and in matters ranging from simple to highly complex. We represent individuals, partnerships and corporations in a variety of ways.

Our clients include those in private industry, insurance companies, financial institutions, retail outlets, contractors, service industries, professionals and individuals from Nanaimo and throughout British Columbia.In the area of wills and estates we act for administrators, executors and trustees of estates with respect to probate and administration matters and assist in the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

Iain graduated from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Arts, with a major in Political Science in 1986 and Faculty of Law in 1989. He completed his articles with Saunders, Fabris and Murphy and later joined the firm upon being called to the bar in 1990. Iain's practice is focused in the areas of personal injury law, estate and inheritance disputes, commercial litigation and employment law.

Brad attended Vancouver Island University for his undergraduate studies, first completing a Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology Diploma in 2008 and then completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with distinction) with double minors in history and political science in 2010. Next he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2014.
