Dave and I bought the shop in 2010 and love our location, our clients, our local floral suppliers and our flowers. The holiday arrangements featured can also be done in any color choice. For New Years Parties - silver and white are popular choices. Simply order the arrangement of your choice and indicate in the comments the colors you would prefer in your table arrangement. Please note that based on availability we may have to substitute a container or flowers but we will do our best to send out something similiar in style.
Our hand tied bouquets, are one of our most popular items. We offer one of the widest ranges of flowers in the Victoria area. During winter, we offer stunning flowers including Gerbera Daisies, Oriental Lilies, Stock, Freesia, Roses, Bells of Ireland, large Disbud Mums and many others. Just select a price range and colour preference.
During peak period rose prices increase due to increased demand, and increased labour costs as our Greenhouse staff work around the clock to ensure that orders for their roses are met. For something extra special consider giving a hand tied bouquet of roses and tropical orchids, a "box of roses" or a tall vase arrangement with roses alstromeria and tropical foliage.

We work with our wedding couples, listening to their needs and work with them to create special arrangements for their day.

10/10 - If I could give the Oak Bay Flower Shop a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. These folks are top notch and I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers. I called Oak Bay Flower Shop in a bit of a panic yesterday. I hadn't realized it was my mother in law's 90th birthday! I spoke with Wendy who said not to worry, she would have a beautiful bouquet delivered that afternoon. When the flowers arrived they were gorgeous and my mom in law was thrilled. She said she had never seen such a beautiful bouquet with so many unique blooms! Thank you Oak Bay Flower Shop! Excellent customer service and fabulous flowers!

Pretty crap customer service. During our first & last visit here, one of the employees looked at my partner, made a totally out of place remark about his skin tone (he deals with rosacea), and then told him he should learn how to wear sunscreen (which he wears everyday.. because he deals with rosacea). Nice flowers but ugly atmosphere.

Ordered 2 arrangements totalling about 150.00. First was pretty good, mostly what I asked for. The 2nd arrangement, 2 days later, sent to a dear friend, was like no arrangement I have ever seen. Red long stem, yellow gerbera, and a spray of orange roses. Did they look at the order and think, wellhead, let's just throw this at it? I tried to phone to convey my disappointment. Too busy to even take a message. Try your call again. You get a three cause the lady on the phone last week was do nice. I am going to stick to thorn and thistle from here on in. Oak bay flowers not consistent in my eyes.

Wendy did an absolutely amazing job on our flowers for our small wedding. They looked beautiful and everyone commented on them. They turned out exactly as I had hoped and Wendy was a pleasure to work with. The bouquets and arrangements made the ceremony and dinner look very elegant and sophisticated. I really appreciated the time she took with it, even though it was on Valentine's Day, and one of her busiest times of the year. I highly recommend the Oak Bay Flower Shop!!!
