Services
Flower deliveries at Brown's The Florist are made via special courier service in order to ensure flowers arrive safely. Deliveries are not timed and will be left at the door of the recipient (temperature depending and if the driver feels it is safe to do so) unless otherwise requested. Please call to inquire if a timed delivery is required.

At Brown's The Florist, we are able to accommodate orders on many different timelines, however, with weddings it is helpful to have your order placed at least three months ahead. As floral artists, we are very visual and appreciate any photos, fabric swatches etc to help us visualize your event. The cost of wedding flowers varies greatly depending on style, availability, and flower choice.

At Brown's The Florist, we are always looking for new initiatives to reduce our waste and environmental footprint. Recycling - We recycle everything we can.this includes our paper, cardboard, hard and soft plastics, cellophane, Styrofoam, metal and glass. We are proud to say we initiated the coordination of collection of recyclables for all the businesses at 747 Fort Street, so it is now convenient for everyone in our office tower to recycle too.

I used Brown's as the florist for my October wedding and Alex was great! As someone who knows little to nothing about flowers, I really appreciated Alex's kindness and patience to explain and recommend options. Everything turned out beautiful and we can't thank Alex enough for making it all happen in spite of supply chain issues with flowers.

HUGE shoutout to Brown's The Florist on the island. Ordered some Birthday balloons to be delivered today. The website was very easy to use. Payment was easy. Confirmation was quick. And when they noticed I hadn’t put my name at the bottom of the note accompanying the delivery, they called me twice and emailed to confirm that I wanted the delivery… to be anonymous. Andrea was charming and personable through email correspondence, and even sent wishes that my phone stop being stupid 😆 Flowers were delivered this morning, followed by a detailed email confirmation of exactly where

5/12/20 This florist is amazing. Hands down fastest delivery I've ever experienced. Nice, polite and willing to make accommodations to my order with ease....not to mention that they still had the flowers I requested after one of the busiest weekends of the year! I just want to say what an AMAZING job Brown's Florist in Kingston NY did on these flowers for my daughter's wedding! Not only was it last minute, they created these gorgeous bouquets from a pinterest picture my daugher had sent me of her dream bouquet. The detail of the ribbons after a phone call explaining what her Scottish husband to be tartan colors were and what she liked ...the Scottish flower of thistles added to each bouquet and as a gorgeous detail in the grooms boutonniere and the Mother's corsages was above and beyond. I must also mention that these flowers made it on a train from poughkeepsie

Growing up in Victoria, Brown's The Florist has always been the obvious choice for quality floral arrangements or bouquets. When I got engaged I was suddenly faced with trying to sift through the numerous… floral shops in Victoria to try and find a shop which 1. fit our budget and 2. I knew I could trust to create a breathtaking bouquet.

Brown's Florist service was fantastic! They received my order at the end of the day and the owner personally delivered the flowers himself! And once he made the delivery he called to let me know he had done so. Brown's truly provided exceptional customer service! We will be ordering more flowers from Browns!!

The shop owner worked with my wife and I to help select the perfect flowers, bouquets, corsages and boutineers for our wedding. Everything looked wonderful, and was set up well in advance of the ceremony. The quality, size, and beauty of the flowers was top notch. Great prices, great quality and great service helped to make our wedding look great. I go there now for any flower needs, everything always floors my wife when I surprise her.

I called in an order from here in the U.S. The staff was very friendly and so very helpful. I was having flowers sent to a friend, but I'm, like a typical guy, awful when it comes to flowers. I knew she liked gerberas, but that's about it. The person on the phone told me about a few different arrangements, and we decided on one. The flowers needed you be delivered by 2pm discreetly. Everything was perfect. My friend was pleasantly surprised, and the flowers were beautiful!! Highly recommended, and I will be using their services again :-D

I came here the morning of my wedding ceremony and asked them to put a bouquet together with pink and purple flowers. The one request I had was gerberas and I looked around at a few flowers but I'm not picky and they are the expert florists so I trusted their judgement. After I got my hair done, I came back to pick up my bouquet and it was beautiful. I was impressed with their choice of colours and flowers; very lovely.
