Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was told the work would take a week and 4 weeks later we are still waiting. We keep getting the run around and have been flat out lied to at least once. So unhappy. We are a family owned business and have lost customers over this. Can’t e press how disappointed and frustrated we are

Based on my personal experience I can not recomend this shop to anybody. Walked in to see if they can help with literally cutting a wire or give me a tool for ten seconds to do it myself but instead their receptionist said that she needs a credit card and she doesn't know how long before somebody could cut the wire. To be fair even though I found her rude she did go inside the shop (after I waited ten minutes) to bring back the news.
Note to the owner:
Having your employees brag that your shop is full and have the audacity to ask for a credit card without even looking at the problem when I specified
