I want to say thank you to all the staff at First Place Trailers. I ordered a Back Rack and stone deflector from them. Jessie pointed out that I needed to have special brackets for the back rack because of the Tonneau cover I have. Which I bought from them too. Jessie and Brodie worked hard to get them installed and did a great Job as you can see in the pictures. Their knowledge and experience are excellent and the customer service is awesome. I will definitely be back for my next project or when I need service for my vehicle.

I cant even give this place 1 star rating. Ordered our trailer back in March.
6 months later it arrives without the options requested and overall appears to be low quality (I guess for $10,000 - you get what you pay for???) . The entire communication process from day one was horrendous as the owner didn't provide updates regarding extended delays, nor does he return calls, emails or messages. Ultimately I was forced to reach out to the manufacture directly to find out updates and a delivery date. After telling the owner that I would not accept the trailer as is, he became very abrasive and failed

I just bought a relatively inexpensive used landscape trailer to haul my ATVs to my cabin from this store and not only was every staff member friendly and courteous but they went out of their way to do a few little extra things and ensured I left 100% satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience buying your next trailer. The right way to run a small family business was on display when I visited them, keep up the great work!
