Not the greatest experience. Customer service needs improvement.
Updated: Respectfully, I didn't purchase anything from your store as the interaction that I had with the employee was so poor. I went to the Welland A1 location instead and purchased the products I needed there. I was beyond pleased with the customer service I received in Welland and my interactions there. So much that I asked if the 2 stores were related and they informed me that they are no longer associated. I will be going to the Welland store from now on.

Amber from A-1 Flooring was an exceptional worker. I needed some flirting that has been discontinued here in the USA and so I called Canada and spoke with Amber from A-1 Flooring. She worked her tail off and her magic to locate me some of the flooring I needed, then went above and beyond to find out a way to ship it to the USA because the boarders are closed due to Covid! I cannot begin to explain how tremendous, thoughtful, respectfully, and professional she was. Words don’t do it justice and this review is the only thing that I can hope she gets credit for. A-1 Flooring has for sure one exceptional

Great experience with A1 all around, we had our bedrooms done and carpet put on a set of stairs and we were really happy with the work that was done. The consultation process was helpful but not pushy at all, we were able to take some samples home to test out and received a lot of assistance with choosing a colour. The booking process was simple and seamless, we had a scheduled appointment in a couple of weeks. The workers were efficient, clean and polite. We even had a follow up to check on the job to ensure everything was installed correctly and to our liking. Would recommend A1 to anyone looking

I recently had the experience of purchasing carpet from A-1 Flooring for two rooms. I had three different quotations and chose to use A-1 Flooring because they had an excellent selection of carpets from which to choose. Their quote was a bit higher than the other quotes but, they graciously matched the price and I feel that I received a superior quality of carpet from A-1. Bonnie, the salesperson was very helpful in assisting with the types of rugs to choose from & in helping to make the colour selection. As, I did not want a seam in our Sunroom Bonnie suggested that I choose a fifteen foot width
