Services
Our recent experience with Carpet Emporium was awesome from start to finish. New to kitchen renovations, Carlo guided us through to choosing beautiful plank vinyl flooring and suggested the perfect choice of backsplash tiles. During installation, Mike answered all of our questions and ensured our customer satisfaction.
When you purchase carpet what are you really buying? Fiber! The biggest component of any carpet is the fiber it's made out of. Polyester and Polypropelene have their place but Nylon is king. It delivers the best combination of value, durability and softness. Polyester is often called different trade names to make it sound like nylon (Chromolon, Nextlon).
The species of wood is perhaps the most critical design choice with hardwood flooring. It will determine the grain and visual appearance of the wood. Species like Red Oak, White Oak, Ash and Hickory will have a more impactful visual appeal, while species like Birch, Beech and Maple will have a quieter appearance.
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is an attractive option for both families and businesses alike. Whether you need a low-maintenance, waterproof solution for your pets, or a strong, durable option to withstand high traffic - LVP is the way to go. With a variety of design options from a warm wood-style to a tile look without having to worry about breakage and chips - the possibilities are endless!

My wife and I recently purchased some engineered flooring with installation, Andre and the team were awesome, no pressure atmosphere with a great selection. Got a great deal on the flooring and installation and some tile for a future project. Carl and Dara our installers did an incredible job on the installation, very professional and did a great job on the install would highly recommend them to others looking for a good price and quality installation. I am sure if we need their services in the future we will be calling them.

Carpet Emporium came highly recommended by two others. I was impressed by the selection of flooring options, and by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was nervous about starting my first DIY flooring project, and was so pleased to get good advice and encouragement from Ronald. It's a very customer-oriented business. I am very happy with my new floor and I will definitely return for future projects.

I dealt with Carlo for the purchasing and installation of tile floors in our offices. We needed a solution for a high traffic area and since we are in an industrial setting we always have people coming through the offices tracking mud on their boots and so forth. Carlo recommended a few tile options with colors that met the aesthetics of our offices but would also help hide some of the unavoidable debris tracked in on a daily basis. We were pleased with all of the options and picked the one that the employees liked the most. Since we are operational Mon-Fri regular work hours we needed an installer
