Great customer service, even after purchasing from them, they've been really been great at returning phone calls, they even delivered the flooring for no extra charge. I did have an issue with the custom vents (which were a little pricey), we sent two back because they weren't made properly, but that's not their fault.

Modern Hardwood just did work at our house and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the showroom had a wide range of quality products to choose from. The installer did a great job and was very clean.
