First and foremost, they took an two hours to change my wheels. I forgot my mask and had to wait outside; when I asked for one, this man gave me one and told me to give them three dollars; their manners stink, and they're clearly trying to milk you for money. They didn't even put my wheels on, made me wait up to 2 hours outside, and when I asked when it was finished, this man told me to "go outside or I'll call the cops." Because I'm not "white," I'm sure he did this because of my race. They were very rude to me, and instead did the service for the people in line behind me. Overall, they are not

Meant to write this review a couple months ago. There was a mishap and the staff put one of my winter tires in to someone else's car. Owner watched the tape and made me a promise that they will do their best to get the tire back or give me a brand new tire. After a month i called back to find out what was gonna happen with my tire, the manager said they would give me a new tire and switch my winters on for free. I gladly accepted that offer. When i went in to switch in to my winters, it was seamless and the owner was extremely nice to me. This place has excellent service and a great management

A friend of mine highly recommended it, glad I listened.
I called, waited on hold a bit too long, but the associate knew every answer to every question I had.
The wait time was around 30 minutes, from hi to bye.
The price was very fair, and extremely competitive.
We highly recommend Tire world, and we won't waste our time and money anywhere else.

Greatest prices, got four winters 18" low profile brand new winters for under 600. I could not find anything else under 1000. Only four stars though because it's a zoo inside. Took me 3 hours all in and the only part that happened quickly was my credit card payment. Service was extremely nice from all employees, just a little too slow. They need to take appointments, if they did 5 stars.

Extremely rude, egotistical, and arrogant. You're putting tires on rims, you're not nearly as important as you think you are. Stop acting like it. If a customer doesn't know they needed a special set of bolts for their new rims, then maybe don't yell at them for not telling you something they didn't even know. It wasn't just 1 person that was rude, it was 4. From the ladies at the front, to the guys in the back. All arrogant. Get your egos checked.

A week ago I called to Tire World to get a price for 2 tires and I spoke to a woman, she quoted me $832 installed and tax included for both tires, I told her I will be calling back and when I did call back I got Greg on the phone and he confirmed the quotation, I asked him again if this was with the installation and the tax and he said yes. Today on Saturday Nov 06, 2021 I went there all the way from Oshawa where I live which is about 1 hour drive and when I got there I was charged $949.20 and when I brought this to their attention they said the $832 is before tax then Greg was involved in the

I would like to start by stating that i have used Tire World three times before. Unfortunately every time I've gone there my experience has been worse than the time before. I was referred to this place by a coworker.
During my most recent visit my at was damaged because of poor jack placement. I don't mind it when a shop uses a jack but at least educate your personal on correct jacking points. Also when the the tech couldn't remove my wheel, he called over his friend to hit the rim with a sledgehammer to remove it. Which later I found dented the wheel. When I asked why they used

We called first before going and got a quote for the installation of 4 tires (2 which we already owned) and buying 2 from them. They quoted us $235 so we went. Once the work was done they say it's $290. They asked for the name of who quoted us and we didn't know his name so they said the car is $290 if you want your vehicle back. They push really crappy quality tires on you. While my husband was waiting there was other people arguing with them about issues they've had with them as well. Be forewarned, no appointments, first come first serve basis.
Basically you walk up, take a number and order your tires.
When your number is called, you pull your car up to the curb area leading into the garage and eventually into the garage.
Next you wait again for your number to be called, at which point you pay for your tires.
When they are finished installing, they then call you into the garage to get your car.
Installs are included in your price you're paying for tires, which is still much

I've bought 3 sets of tires here and have saved money every time.
Sailun winter tires for 08 minivan, BFG all terrains for my jeep an Yokohama ice tires for my SUV. I'm so glad I found this place as I've saved lots of $$$ by driving up to Brampton.
Their service can get a busy on weekends. But be patient and enjoy the savings! I've recommended this place to a lot of people, do your homework before you get there, but if not the staff are very helpful with tire options for your vehicle.

I visited Tire World after getting some help from a friend finding good and affordable tires. I had done plenty of research and compared many tires, places, and quotes but still was a little nervous making a commitment in fear that I would end up paying way too much and not getting my money's worth. I trusted his recommendation as he said he had often bought tires from Tire World during his days working with cars and I'm glad that I did. Tire World certainly meets the criteria of a business who has a niche and doesn't worry about steering from that. They literally only sell tires (and rims) - both new and used, and install them. They are first come, first serve - so be aware you want to come early and avoid (if possible) getting winter tires right near the first sign of snow if you don't want to be there for a few hours.
Given that you should know what to expect from this place, I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews I've seen online. It's also not as easy as some may think in finding a good selection
