Nice place, nice people, just double check your tires pressure... Had 65psi on front axle, 75psi on middle and 115psi on last one ( new tires on last ) got charged for tire pressure... And didnt get new valves for my new tires... They said if it dont leak, no need to change... Well I hope those vavles will last another 600,000 kilometers !!

I wish I could rate this shop a zero. Literally a ZERO RATE!!! BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, etc. The people worked there are totally stupid. Their mechanics/staffs are not even professional licensed. They damaged my car. They waste my money and time. No considerations whatsoever. The receptionist is even worst. The owner is the king of fraud and liar!!!

Have brought to vehicles here to have tires swapped over and purchased four summer tires from here. Everything was good except the car I brought in was making noises on the rear passenger side and I'm not sure they looked at the brake system while the tires were off. Counter clerk didn't mention he heard it until I asked and seemed to dismiss it. Would recommend for tires and variety but not sure if I would use for maintenance.

I did mention it quickly but also the brakes were metal to metal when I had them changed a week later. Seeing as the tires were swapped a visual check was not done

People got good service don't care to leave good review which I feel bad about it . People think they got good service that's all they care which is not fair for hard working people. They deserve positive feedback I think if you got a good service should leave review so hardworking staff and owners will work more harder and give their best. New Millennium Tire Centre served more than a million customers few bad reviews won't hurt their business but might hurt their feeling . Fraudsters - I had a Pirelli Sottozero RFT which had bulged and as my dealer did not have stock , I bought one from NMT at a full price of $483 on the assurance that I will be reimbursed once Pirelli issues the pro rata credit.
After Pirelli confirmed credit was issued, New Millenium told me that the price of the tire was $870 and the price… charged to me at $483 was actually better than the 45% credit Pirelli offered - and that I got a good deal.
I had bought the same tire from Neighborhood Tires for $469. So to claim the list price as the selling price is pure fraud. In fact they pocketed

I am not so happy with the service I got I called to get tires and the prices are so high they are taking advantage of prices due to the border being closed to get tires from china I normal buy tires from them but nowadays they are charging 50.00 extra per tire cause no one has tires in town instead of feeling with people and lose of work his prices has Gone up this is so not right very bad service due to the virus 🦠

Bought Rims from them with winter tire swap
Requested them for marking my summer tires so I could do the swap myself next time
They did not mark the tires and later said it’s the mechanic’s fault and the mechanic should be answerable ( strange response)
When i asked for a… remedy, like free/ discounted swap next time ( since I cannot swap without marking and I will have to pay unnecessarily) they said we don’t do free services with their well known RUDE attitude
Hence illogical, forgetful, arrogant

My conclusion is: these people at this facility can put your life in danger due to extreme negligence; and they don’t care.
This is what happened to me today (November 9, 2019). You can judge yourself.
I went to the 25 Clark Blvd. Brampton location today to change my winter tires. I went there at 11am. They asked me to leave the car and come back… in 3-4 hours. The front desk said they will call me whenever it is ready for pick up. It was past 5 hours and still did not get a call. So I called them around 4 pm to see if my car was ready. They said no. At around 6 pm someone called me

I brought my car in to simply swap tires off it’s rims. They ended up putting my car on a hoist. They must have placed the car incorrectly because they completely CRACKED MY FRONT BUMPER. Also my FRONT FENDER was popping off completing detached from the frame. Tried our best to put the fender back in position but you can still notice a slight… misalignment. So there was obvious forceful trauma inflicted on my car due to their gross negligence.
They refused to take responsibility. This depreciates my car by a fair margin but they refused to be accountable. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL
