My experience was part my fault, part their fault but end result after weighing both is two stars. My fault because when I initially contacted them they did not have the rims I wanted, but showed me another that were similar and that I thought were neat, so I went with those. Within an hour I found another set that were better looking and wanted them, so tried to change. Initially, they were hesitant to change the rims, which irritated me, so I went somewhere else.

These guys are really good.
Very professional service. I didn’t even have to go to the office. They did everything over email and phone. Came right away. Took only 30 mins. Removed the tires and added the new tires and rims.
Great service. And they come to you. I didn’t even leave my house. That’s the best part. They also have financing you don’t pay for 3 months which is awesome!! Best nice guys. They have amazing rims and tires. Can’t go wrong.

Hi All,
Normally individuals give reviews after getting service from business, my experience with this place is very different.
I got my used wheels from my friend and while installation we found that lug nuts were wrong size, I walk to few places who sells rims and asked them for lug nuts but they all asked me from wear I am getting my wheels. After I told them it's used wheels from my friend they all refused to sell the lug nuts.
After few hours I walk inn to Masters tire (Torbram and Steeles), an individual was ready on the counter to help me and start asking there employees for the correct

The guys at this shop are so passionate about the work they do and truly try to make the customer experience hassle free. I recently got new wheels for my Jeep from them and I don't have a single complaint about it. They charged the lowest compared to their competitors and delivered on their promises. Since the time I met Amita from marketplace, she showed a genuine interest and gave me various options and this was my pick. Easy and fast, I got very busy schedule and she made everything done in a phone call. Deep I guess owner gave me a great deal in one word and the guy Gaurav who came to install the tires and rims was a really wonderful and made single inch surety that work is done properly.

I recently purchased some tires and rims with Master Tire. I received exceptional service! Prompt and kind responses. The person I dealt with made sure I was getting what my vision was for my Jeep! They had the mobile service come and install my new wheels in my drive way at my home! The man who installed them was fast and respectful! Thank you Deep .. got a flat on way to work .. this was the third place I called as the other two never even returned my calls .. this place was fast .. it was hard to understand him because he spoke fast with a heavy accent .. if u need the convenience of a mobile tire service this place answers the phone
