Sugar coat the negative response all you like, customers that have terrible experiences with a business utilize this platform to inform others.
There is a reason this business has negative feedback.
Seems that this business and others like this, forget that the boom is over and its time to get back to the basics of selling a product with pride and honesty, not with the assumption that someone else will buy it...at an over inflated price. This could be the reason you have over 400 trailers sitting on your lot, of various years.
If the experience is positive, that company earns the value of a repeat

A year goes past and the place appears to be the very same. Salesmen who try to rip you off and then treat you like you are the idiot. We thought we could do our research on the internet for a small trailer so that we could bypass the pain of dealing with any salesmen. We came here for a very specific item and options and when we advised the salesman that he was wrong in the pricing he was offering he became very rude. The manufacture advised us of what the price should be and these guys marked it up over double. There are not alot of options for small trailers but do yourself a favour and

I do not recommend this business. Run as fast as you can. Nice place on the exterior but if your looking for a smaller trailer they don't have the time of day for you. They are very condescending and they refuse to put anything on paper until the finance office at which time the prices change considerably. Had a dud of a salesperson- no product knowledge- empty assurances- never any attempt to anything for you. Worst experience in my life trying to buy something from these folks.
