During the school year, Traveland provides healthy, bagged lunches for local School Children. All 4 stores employ provincially-regulated & certified Salespeople, as well as Certified RV Technicians. They even send their employees down to the U.S. every year for Manufacturer Factory training and tours!

Purchased a new trailer in July. On our fist trip we found many problems. Electrical, stove range not working, ever. Not sure how this was missed during inspection. We have waited 8 months for the replacement. Sales did NOTHING. No loaner stove or compensation, even though I had asked. Super bad communication. Lack of ownership of problems. Instead of getting our problems fix they were more interested in upselling and extras. Very disappointed with our first trailer purchase. These sales people do not deserve your money.

Traveland turned our difficult task of replacing our trailer lost in the flood to an easy choice for replacement. Using social media to market a trailer they had, made it easy for us to find, and every detail from purchase to possession was simple and professional. Well well well… I’ve purchased two motor homes within 3 years from Traveland Langley BC both within the 150 thousand to 180 thousand CDN price range. And…did not receive a motor home cover regarding the second purchase… as part of the purchase price/contract as promised. I’m extremely disappointed in the run around . After two years of the telephone loop I’m told by the general manager that they will not honor what was promised. Petty.

This is the first time my husband and I have purchased a fifth wheel, and the knowledgable staff made us feel comfortable at every step. They took our questions seriously and respected us as buyers even though we are young. They took time to answer questions and Cam Scouten was extremely helpful at putting any concerns we had to rest and explaining the purchase process. We felt that all the agents in each department, Cam, Robert, Jason, Craig, Robbie, and Stephanie, had our best interests at heart.

We would give these guys 10 stars if we could. We bought a new to us trailer from Traveland and EVERYONE was so helpful, professional and smart! They spent hours going over everything with us, replaced or repaired everything that wasn’t perfect, allowed us to spend the night on their lot and even brought us coffee in the morning! We started the process of purchasing our Winnebago Class B camper van on line from Nova Scotia, we have been trying to purchase one like this for several years and had been waiting for just the right fit for us. Even though it was from the rental fleet we knew it was in great condition and exactly what we wanted. We agreed on a price and it was held for us until we could fly out to BC for final inspection and pickup. It was detailed and in even better condition than we expected. We had some unexpected issues after we picked up the RV but they were both addressed promptly and to our satisfaction

What a great experience purchasing our first travel Sales person B Mand was friendly and super accommodating. Even tho I arrived without an appointment (wasn’t aware I needed one, but ,ales Spence with all the new restrictions) he was more then willing to show me the trailer I was interested in. He took me out and let me take my time looking it over. I needed to come back with my wife so she could look as well and after seeing it we decided we wheeled something a little bigger. So he showed us a few other trailers until we found the right one.
