We had a broken window that needed repairing. We contacted Westeck Windows and Doors to see if they could help us. Service Manager Michelle arranged to have a new window installed and awesome General Manager Neal graciously donated the window and the installation time. It was installed on Friday and it looks great! Thank you again WESTECK Windows and Doors for your amazing donation of the window and installation time. We really appreciate it!

Our previous tenants broke two of the locking mechanisms on our Westeck Windows. During the move-out inspection, I discovered the issue but had no clue how to repair it or who to call. I also was short on time, because I have new tenants coming in 4 days, and wanted the job done while the suite was empty, if possible. I called Westeck, and spoke to Dave. I told Dave what I thought was the issue, and he committed to getting the job done in the short time frame I had. I got a phone call from Dave minutes after our first conversation. He had arranged for a technician to come the same day (today),

We order all our windows and doors from Westeck unfortunately I had forgotten over the time to put in 3 screens. 2 screens were damaged and missing one. I contacted Westeck and They transfer me to Service where Dave was able to help me. I explain my situation, he came to take measurements of the missing one and picked up the damaged ones. My screens were ready the next day for me, he made sure to explain to me how to put them in and label them all nicely so I knew where each screen went. I appreciate the help and costumer service that Dave provided and I’m very happy with all my windows and doors
