Oak Bay Cottages & Trailer PK

Our family has been going to this resort for the last three years. We enjoy ourselves and the owners are very personable and always willing to help if anything is needed. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place for a family vacation.

Just returned from another exceptional, annual family holiday at Oak Bay Resort in Buckhorn. Walking distance (even for the little ones) to the main street in Buckhorn gives you lots of options for dinner and ice cream. Dan and Rayna (owners) make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and are exceptional hosts to make your stay a great one. The cottages are clean, homey and welcoming; lots of boat rental options available; plenty of water toys and activities provided; close to a natural river for tubing; and the delicious country mart bakery for all the sweet treats you need. Spent a week this summer at Oak Bay Resort. Oak Bay Resort is an incredibly fun, clean and welcoming family run cottage resort. We were immediately welcomed into the community seasonal renters and Dan and Rayna (Owners) went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. If you are looking for a family-friendly vacation, Oak Bay Resort in Buckhorn is the place to book!

Always enjoy coming here. Cottages are more like cabins, they have the necessities but help encourage you to spend time outdoors. the beach is nice, owners are friendly and hardworking and will help to endure your experience is wonderful

Lovely setting. Great location, within walking distance to downtown Buckhorn. Perfect for little kiddies with the playground and beach. 50 year old cottages, so they are "real" cottages.

Our family just spent a week at Oak Bay Resort and we loved it! Perfect cottage resort for the whole family. Cottages were clean, resort was beautiful and had something for everyone to enjoy. The area had a private secluded feel yet you’re a short walk away from a general store, LCBO and several restaurants. The owners were on site and were so friendly and truly cared about making sure your stay was a great one. Our family can’t wait to go back next year!

Had a great time at Buckhorn lake when we rented a fishing boat from Oak Bay Resort. Dan and Rayna were very helpful and friendly. Washrooms were in excellent condition. Will be going back for future rentals.

Rented a 2 bedroom cottage at Oak bay Resort. The owners, Rayna & Dan
were very friendly and helpful. If you needed something, they were there right away. The cottage was clean and comfy, the deck had a great view of the water. We had a boat and they were able to accommodate it in one of their slips. The beach, playground for kids was very clean. The whole resort
was very nice. Oak bay is within walking distance to Buckhorn for food and watching the boats go through the locks. I would recommend this resort to stay at.
