If you're looking to shake up your tried and tested exercise routine try a personal training session! Your personal trainer will challenge you with new exercises and fun routines that will keep your fitness routine from plateauing. We already know that it is licensed in Cyprus, so that it operates legally in the European Union and is subject to the control of the licensing authority.

With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that beg your legs to pedal, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. In less than an hour, you will enjoy full body strength training, incorporating core stability, stretching and intervals of low-intensity cardiovascular training.
We very much believe in ensuring that all our members achieve their fitness goals. We do this with a team of fully-certified trainers and instructors who are committed to the success of our members. We like to start everyone with a full fitness assessment so that they have baseline to measure their progress with.

Spinning is a one hour indoor group cycling class led by an instructor. You will ride on top-of-the-line stationary bikes with a weighted front flywheel.
In an hour, you will enjoy full body strength training, incorporating core stability, stretching and intervals of low-intensity cardiovascular training. Using the innovative Gravity Training System our instructors lead small classes to maximize your benefits from resistance training. The class uses your body weight as resistance through a cable pulley system attached to a glide board.
In about hour, you will enjoy full body strength and power training, incorporating core stability, stretching and intervals of low-intensity cardiovascular training. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

Magz’s spin class is the best! Nice facility with a variety of classes available - they have changing rooms there as well. I pay by class but you would be able to do a ton of classes as a monthly member. Lots of boot camp style classes, Pilates style and some trx stuff.

Best place in Toronto to get fit! Friendly and supportive trainers, welcoming to people of all ages and fitness levels. Great community feel - would recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to work out and see results fast!

Fantastic gym!
Trainers are so great at their jobs and truly, genuinely care about the clients/members. TribeFit Team Training is a killer workout program that has completely transformed my body. Barbell Club and TRX are among my favourite drop in classes.
Wide variety of training options. This place is super clean, everyone is very friendly and staff are compassionate and really interested in your progress and well-being. 10000% worth the money spent here.
Fantastic energy and a motivating and fun environment to exercise in. Best gym I've been to so far (and I've been to quite a few...)

Great vibes all around! Always a fun workout- some tougher than others, but you always leave the gym in a great mood. The staff and team members are positive and supportive regardless of fitness level. Great community :)

I was recommended the TribeFit Team Training classes by a close friend who has taken the sessions for over a year. She insisted it was a great opportunity to have a regimented work out schedule that is dynamic and fast-paced. She was so right. As someone new and inexperienced in the world of fitness, the fun up-beat atmosphere and energetic instructors made each class challenging but rewarding. It's a great, clean space in the Junction for anyone looking for a good (and grueling) exercise routine!

Walking into rpm I wasn't sure what to expect but I had heard good things about this gym and decided to check it out for myself, they are also one of the only gyms that do 'Tribe Fit'.
I decided to do a trial and felt nervous since I did not know anyone but as soon as I walked in the door, everyone was so warm and friendly. I love the space and the trainers are so very fit but still easy to relate to and very nice. Magz Friday night gravity class was a blast!! I never thought I would be travelling all the way from Cabbagetown to the junction for a gym, but RPM was definitely worth it! The team

I never liked working out until I joined RPM for their Tribe Fit classes. More than just a gym, RPM is a community of its members and dedicated trainers who are committed to ensuring you reach your fitness goals, as well as feel included. I always leave RPM sweatier and happier than I arrived!

Great, community-oriented gym. Nice vibe, friendly staff and excellent trainers. The small, group classes are what sets this gym apart from most. Both the classes and trainers are tough, but fun. And if you take these classes consistently, your fitness and conditioning will improve exponentially. I joined more than a year ago, and my fitness level is higher than it's ever been. Definitely recommend this place.
