Wow- very impressed with my recent experience with Pink Plumbing. Right from my initial communication with Lisa, to booking a time, to clarifying required work and finally the visit from Steve, everything was great. 4 days from start to finish! Steve took the time to walk me through the different options, provided suggestions and then completed the work in a quick and professional manner. Can’t say enough about the experience and won’t hesitate to recommend. It’s also great to have a “go-to” group to call next time I need some assistance. Thanks Lisa and Steve!

Great experience! Booking an appointment was easy and quick. Steve Laurendeau was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided some useful tips for regular maintenance. Alex Woollam and his team (Vojtech, and all the office staff) of Waterline Plumbing is the answer to my prayers. We have a very low water pressure at my house because it is located in a Water Zone that is programmed to have only 38 psi. The fact that our house is also located uphill makes the problem even worse. Installing a water pressure booster pump is the only solution to our problem of inadequate water supply. . But such pump installation is a very uncommon thing to do. It seems nobody else has done it on a residential level in my locale. This is why after I have phoned more than 25 plumbers

Waterline was new to me earlier this summer, but they will be my go-to plumbing company from here on. They're responsive, professional, courteous, and send highly capable plumbers who are able to problem-solve well and clearly communicate what they're doing (and why) with the customer. If you're in need of a plumber, do yourself a favour and call these guys first.

If you’re looking for an honest and reliable plumber, look no further. The customer service was great, thank you Laura. Prior to the work being done, our guy Trevor itemized all that needed to be done, an approximation of the time required and a breakdown of the cost. There were no surprises on the invoice. Covid protocols were followed. My experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Overall, Waterline Plumbing is the best and I highly recommend them.
