Their advice is priceless, and being in tecumseh town these companies rely on their reputation to keep you as a client. Unlike the city or 1800 numbers or dot coms. The most terrible insurance brokers Ever!! Let me tell you this...after I signed insurance contract with them and paid for the all year, a week later without inform me they changed my policy and they jacked the price up. The reason they gave me is funny " I got my G class license 2005 instead of 2004 due to that reason my insurance is up no other reason " Lol now they harassing me to pay extra. How can they change the policy with out giving for their customer a choice if I continue with the newly charged policy or not? How can they approve every thing without my signature?they are crooks. I refused
