Absolutely brilliant catering. Extremely hard working folks that are very tolerant of odd ball clients and can adapt without complaint to any number of cramped or inconvenient venue space plans. A real pleasure to have them work our events, and the food is superb.

I've worked here for 6 years. I've never seen an owner who would wash dishes, cook food, load craft trucks and give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. We have special needs employees that have worked here for decades. I really couldn't say enough nice things, it would never do Donnie justice. It's a pleasure to work here.

Working in film, I'm always thrilled when I hear Blazing will be catering. Their vegetarian/vegan options are unrivalled and enjoyed by veggies and meat eaters alike!
Great variety, you won't get bored of the food. On top of all of this, their staff is AWESOME and really take pride in what they serve.
I cannot say enough good things about this company.
