We hope that through these informative and hands-on sessions, students that are hoping to become professional florists feel trained and prepared to pursue a career in floral design.
Arbutus Florist has been in business since 1986 and we have extensive experience within the field of floral design to craft impressive arrangements bound to wow all. With over 30 years of experience in designing floral arrangements across the Lower Mainland, we have expertise in designing for occasions from glamorous weddings and exclusive social events, to school graduations, funerals, art exhibitions and even simple birthday parties.

I wanted to send a friend a birthday flower arrangement, but I was nervous due to time limit and the freshness of the flowers. I came across this place, and I now wish they had a business in Chicago! Arbutus Florist went above and beyond my request. They delivered beautiful flowers (fresh, elegant, charming arrangement), they stayed in communication in terms of estimated arrival time (emails, calls, texts), and they even included a note at my last minute request (same day request). For Christmas my husband gave me a six-month bi-weekly subscription for flower delivery from Arbutus Florist. I would start getting excited at the start of 'new flowers' week, waiting for the mid-week delivery to arrive. I was so impressed and very surprised every week. I even kept a photo log and shared with my family every delivery. Words can not describe how amazing the delivered arrangements were, bright colours, lovely scents, and huge variety every time. This amazing flower emporium is truly a hidden gem. Blooms, blossoms, greens, stems...all manner of stupendous "stuff" to fashion stunning flower arrangements. This tiny work space is not high on decor, but is stuffed with beauties of the petal kind.
Many pots of succulents of all shapes, sizes and tones of green are here. This is a true find.
