Positive: Professionalism
Recently retained the services of Cross Brothers and they proved to be professional, punctual, well priced, exceptionally organized, and very clean. When they left they left no trace of the tree behind. I highly recommend Cross Brothers.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job trimming and removing some trees for us! We are extremely pleased with how the work has totally transformed our property. Rob followed up on my email inquiry right away to set up a time to look at some trees for us and provide an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through the process and his recommendations. The crew was professional and took a lot of care with their work and cleanup, while also providing some great entertainment for our 5 year old :). Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work

My experience with Rob at Cross Bros Tree Service was frustrating, and disappointing.
I have a dead tree on my property that I want removed and after Rob came by and gave me a quote, we arranged a date and approximate time for him to come by. He DID NOT SHOW UP, nor, did he have the courtesy to call me to let me know why.
I have called him and left several messages, but I have not heard from him since.
Maybe, he has gone OUT OF BUSINESS...which would be no surprise to me, based on how he conducts his business.

I highly recommend Cross Bros Tree Service for any of your tree servicing needs in Durham Region.
Rob and his team did a fantastic job removing a fairly large pine tree from my backyard today. The guys were very quick, courteous, and cleaned up great. Rob had removed my tree less than a week after giving me the initial quote. Just fantastic service in that regard.
Not to mention Rob's pricing is significantly better than other Tree Cutting or Arborist services in Durham Region.
Don't hesitate to give Rob a call or e-mail.
