The team was contracted to remove 15 Ash trees infested by some nasty parasites. Our ISA Certified Arborists are familiar with the by-laws in Toronto and Scarborough and are qualified to assist you with obtaining the necessary permits. We will then provide an Arborist Report which is often necessary to acquire permits. When you're looking for care for your trees, a professional certified arborist may be needed.
Our goal is to enable you to maintain the health of your trees. Our tree assessment services are designed to help you determine what shape your trees are in and take steps, if necessary, to allow them to thrive. If trees cannot be saved we provide full removal services. Crown Thinning involves the selective removal of some inner and outer branches evenly throughout the trees crown.

I’m in Welland Ontario. I saw a Rockwood crew in front of my house cutting the trees for the hydro lines. They quoted me for a tree I’ve wanted down for years. It was a good deal. Then they did it right then and there. Cut down and everything cleaned just over a hour, WOW! Very professional, knowledgeable and fun, you could tell they were having a good time.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Rockwood Tree Services
for the excellent service today. They were four guys , very professional , came on time and right away started the job .They work very fast , safe and have an excellent strategy. They definitely know what they are doing . You can see almost immediately they are very experienced . I was mesmerizing watching Dylan performing his tricks high up on the tree.
At times it was like watching Cirque du Soleil.
He definitely earned the nick name " the spider-man " in my mind. Wonderful service.Thank you . I do recommend these guys

I couldn't be more happier with the level of service provided by Rockwood Tree Service. Rob was fantastic in returning calls and got back to me on several occasions with answers to my questions. Dylan and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable on the day of tree cutting. Very efficient and took great care in leaving my property in a clean state. Highly recommend them and will definitely call them for my next project.

Just a quick shout-out to Rockwood Tree Services for the absolutely fantastic work recently completed. After receiving an arborist report, I knew that unfortunately we had to take down our red oak tree. I had 3 consultations with Rob, very accommodating, extremely professional. The timing of their arrival was right on key, almost to the minute. This company has the skill, and the equipment needed to do the job at hand. The coolest machine for hard to get at spots, we’re feeling better about the safety in the backyard with the dead limbs out of the… trees, and, that it helps with the overall health of them as well. Barring any emergencies with the oak and walnut in our yards, I’ll be calling on Rockwood to do another maintenance call in the coming years. Price was more than fair

I've done my research, had many companies come out to do estimates, used Davey once, and now these are the guys I'm sticking with. I'll be referring them to friends and neighbours for sure.
Robert was amazing when he came out to assess and give me an estimate, easy to talk to, very helpful, incredibly accommodating with my schedule & always by the phone whenever I needed to reach out...

I highly recommend Rockwood Tree Services. I used them after the ice-storm a few years back, they are polite, did a great job and had the cheapest rates. They cleaned up after the work was done. They did my house and my neighbours house as well. GREAT GUYS....647-693-8064....added bonus they live in the neighbourhood.
