Crazy-good catering doesn't just come from a kitchen it comes straight from the heart and Devour is here to nourish your soul. It all started with one special event. It was a post-wedding brunch and gift opening for one of J'Val's closest friends in the Spring of 1997. Everything on that first menu was hand-crafted with love and made from scratch in a small apartment kitchen until the wee hours of the morning on the day of the celebration.

The salmon was caught by the couple on the West Coast, the kegs of beer were local, and the ice cream was from Village Ice Cream. Sam and Elyce's wedding was full of personal and local touches. These make such a difference - especially to out of town guests. There's nothing quite like an outdoor party in Alberta.

I was lucky enough to receive a meal from devour catering through their I See You program, with the south health campus ICU team. I chose the vegan chili with the brownie and it was hands down, the most delicious meal I’ve had in a long time. The chili was fabulous, I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of animal products I consume and I would take their vegan chili over traditional chili any day. But can we talk about the brownie?! When it said gluten free I expected it to be dry and crumbly as most gluten free desserts are, but this brownie blew my expectations out of the water. The brownie

We requested catering for a small (10), but important event and everything went very smoothly without any hiccups at all. J'Val accommodated our every request, including special dietary needs (no sugar, no salt), changes to menu and delivery time. Our order was delivered punctually without issue in attractive packaging with additional items well-organized in a container which was picked up promptly after our event as well. Would not hesitate to order again from Devour or refer them. Great to hear that their hearts are in the right place too, with their call out to deliver donated meals to our ICU

Devour Catering has done some wonderful food pre-pandemic and I’ve worked with them to plan a couple of events. I especially wanted to say how delicious our breakfast was for the Valentines Day Calgary Opera Brunch today. They were right on time with wonderful packaging and little surprises for ❤️ Day. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you Devour Catering for an unforgettable Valentine's Day! The Calgary Opera Brunch & Concert event was a brilliant idea. The timing for the food delivery was bang on (the delivery driver was lovely), presentation and taste was incredible. We loved the personal note and instructions. We had a two hour long feast and enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you so much!

While the food is good, this is NOT a full service catering business - leaving volunteers to fill and garnish appetizers after the Devour team leaves the premises is cheap (and probably leaves someone open to legal action if food is spoiled through final preparation being done by non-professionals, not all of whom wear gloves).

Devour Catering catered our Ladies Night Out & Silent Auction, and they did a FABULOUS job; a month later we are still getting compliments about the food, and the service was above and beyond. The appetizers alone (tiny meatballs with mozzarella inside, and my personal favorite, the parmesan crispy rolls stuffed with cream cheese) were to die for and everything else was equally terrific. We'll definitely use them again. Thanks, Devour Catering!

If you're looking for a caterer in Calgary, your search is over. Seriously, don't even bother looking at other companies. We had Devour cater a Halloween party for about 40 people and it couldn't have been better. From choosing the menu, to the service, set up and clean up was not only quick and uneasy, but also professional. We have had parties catered in the past and can only describe the food as "frozen appetizer type". This couldn't be further from what you will get from Devour. Our guests STILL rave about the food! There wasn't a single thing I would change

We love local! I would recommend Devour in an absolute heartbeat. They truly have an intuitive soul when it comes to entertaining. We had 70 people in our home, admittedly, I was answering the door and they simple picked up all of the ends and odds, allowing my family to enjoy the party. A glass broke, and before I could start picking it up, they had a dust pan cleaning it up!
The food, WOW! Incredible food, all our guest were truly impressed, as it was fresh and delicious. We will use them again. Thank you for an amazing night and living up to your reputation.

The most amazing team. Jasmin runs a very amazing event & Catering service. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I am still hearing from everyone about the amazing food. I'll be honest. I've always been somewhat jealous of caterers. I think they've got one of the coolest job in the world. That being said, Devour Catering is no exception to this.
Devour does any type of function from casual birthday parties to fancy weddings. They supply each of their dishes based on your choices and what the general crowd would like at the gathering. The food is always made fresh for each person, so you know it is quality. The dishes they serve are a little different but still elegant and creative. It's interesting to try something different from time
