Services
Started by Elizabeth & Marlon Olsen in 1994. This affords you with an advantage of knowing your caterer can adapt to the environment and make your event a success. We are familiar with all venues within the city area, making us even more familiar and prepared for your upcoming event. Stephen started his catering career in 1993 as an event worker.
We can certainly adjust any orders dependent upon the time allotted for us to do so. Are able to do this by contacting us directly by phone at (403) 245-5774 or email at sales@anaffair.com. We ask that all breakfast and hot lunch orders be placed by 10:00 AM the day prior to your catering requirements.

Our wedding was catered by An Affair to Remember. Matt was prompt responding and helpful. The staff at the event were very professional and friendly. Food was great. Due to COVID, the buffet was served which was a great option. I would recommend An Affair to Remember.

Highly recommend this company. Used them for our wedding. The food was amazing!!! Staff was friendly helpful, and wonderful. Matt was always answering my questions through email right away and very supportive through all the covid cancellations and rebooking!!! All around they made the perfect night!

An affair to remember recently catered our wedding and they were incredible. The coordinator Matt was wonderful to work with, he was so helpful and worked through everything with us even throughout covid. The food was amazing and they accommodated all of our requests. We would highly recommend them for any occasion.

We had booked our wedding at Cochrane Ranche House for May 2020. Sadly due to covid our wedding was cancelled by the venue. Matt and his team were very understanding of our circumstances and allowed us a refund. I will absolutely be using them again in any future events, and would recommend this business! Very kind of them given these circumstances.

We used An Affair to Remember for our 40th Anniversary party of 128 people. Matthew was great to work with helping us put together a gluten free menu within our budget. We were clear on what we did and did not want so the process went smooth. Matthew was also quick at responding to messages and I had many.
Trish and Liz were our 2 caterering people and were fantastic...efficient, friendly and everyone loved them. They set up, replenished dishes and cleaned up with ease making our event enjoyable!

An Affair to Remember catered our daughter's wedding this past weekend (August 2nd). From the initial consult, through to the unobtrusive clean up - everything was excellent.
Our daughter has celiac disease, and the entire menu was both accommodating and delicious. Many of our guests made a special effort to mention to us how much they enjoyed the food. We had approximately 165 guests at the wedding, and we had all tables served buffet style in 45 minutes.
The staff were very friendly, efficient!
You won't go wrong choosing An Affair to Remember as your caterer.

I was at a heavy Hors d'Oeuvres service catered by An Affair To Remember.
The food was OK but all the food was cold - I assume on purpose but I'm not used to seeing all of those things cold. Cold spanakopita? The internet says it's allowable but it's not my preference.
The servers were great and professional. The trays were being passed as organized as I could possibly see it going.
